Remington Business Group is proud to announce its continued expansion into the Benelux region with two new clients!

Remington was introduced to these clients (located in Belgium and Luxembourg), at two of our USA Seminars that were recently given in the region. Our seminars, which cover how to conduct business in the United States, an understanding of the American customer, and many useful tips and tricks, are always extremely successful. Attendees include numerous small businesses who are seeking foreign expansion, as well as the government entities who support them. We are very excited to begin working with our new clients, and look forward to the expansion of their businesses into the US market.

New US Access Webinar Series Launched!

Remington Business Group is proud to present its online Webinar series that will offer interested parties quick overviews of important topics related to the U.S. market.

The first webinar, with the participation of Mr. David Beck, President of Classic Business Solutions, covered the subject of Marketing in the U.S. with a special focus on marketing collateral and trade show participation tips.

Our second webinar is scheduled for May 24th, 2011, will focus on Corporate Structures in the U.S. with the participation of Mr. Oren Adler CPA, of Adler & Co CPAs.

Future subjects will include topics in legal, accounting, insurance, marketing, operations, customer interface and more!

Remington Business Group focuses on the Benelux region

benelux flagStarting this year we have begun to focus on a new region for us - Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

First steps have been taken in identifying contact people and organizations which culminated into introductory meetings during a trip to the region at the end of February.

We are now working on a marketing plan for the Benelux area which will be implemented throughout the year. The goal is to reach as many potential contacts, that have access to smaller companies wishing to expand into the US market, and offer our knowledge and expertise and, if necessary, our services to assist such companies with their expansion dreams.

To facilitate reaching us from this area we have organized a local Brussels telephone number (+32 2 80 88 650) for our local contacts to use.

In the coming months we will be sending out more information regarding events and activities that we plan to execute in this area of which we will inform you via our newsletters and website. We will also be visiting the area regularly during 2011 to be available for personal meetings with our contacts and companies interested in our services.

New Partnership with Dutch Company

Remington Business Group has just recently signed a partnership agreement with MarketShare located in Holland.

MarketShare specializes in assisting its clients to grow their market share in the Dutch market and also explore expansion opportunities in other countries.

We believe that through this partnership both companies will gain new exposure in both markets while offering more services to each other’s clients.

Remington Business Group will be planning joint events with MarketShare in Holland where we will discuss the US market to interested companies. Make sure you follow our newsletters and updates if you are interested in participating in such events.

New Italian Consulting Client

Remington Business Group has signed up with a new Italian consulting client interested in operating in the US.

After focusing on the Italian food industry in the past year, Remington Business Group, was approached by a new type of client wishing to urgently establish a presence and operate in the US.

Due to this company’s pressing need for a US presence Remington Business Group was able to set them up with a corporation and related legal documents, bank account, payroll account, all necessary administrative/government requirements and more all in less than 1 month!

Following this quick setup the company was able to deliver on its promises and is now moving to the next step, which is to locate a more permanent office for its US operations.

Agreement reached during a roundtable with the municipalities of Montebuono, Calvi e Otricoli

Products 'Fly' to the USA: agreement with Business Group

MAGLIANO SABINA - Local products fly to the States. This is the proposal that is being promoted by the commune of Magliano to the producers of the excellent products of the region. A roundtable involving manufacturers, the commune's representatives and a promotional company was held during a meeting which took place just last week at the Palazzo Vannicelli. Around 30 companies from Magliano Sabina, Montebuono, Calvi, and Otricoli were present at the event. The participants had the opportunity for discussion with Aldo Navarro, the Manager of Remington Business Group Italia, a company that specializes in managing the promotion and sales of products abroad.

Oil, wine, cheese, honey and local artisanal products could now, therefore, 'take flight' and find themselves in some of the most important markets in the world. In fact, Remington Business Group focuses on assisting small to medium sized companies to penetrate markets such as the USA, Canada, Belgium and Israel to name a few. By means of a commercial feasibility study the company offers an evaluation of its clients' true needs with the goal of increasing their sales in foreign markets. Currently there are four new companies that have decided to explore such foreign opportunities. Especially noteworthy is the request for assistance made by the Municipality of Otricoli, which is seeking a twin city agreement with a US town, and would also like to establish relationships with foreign universities who may be interested in exploring the local archeological site of Ocriculum.

Remington Business Group announces new office in Italy
We are pleased to announce that, as a growing interest in our services, Remington now has an office in Italy. Mr. Aldo Navarro is the General Manager of Remington Italia and is available to answer questions directed to him by Italian companies interested in doing business in the U.S.

Mr. Navarro’s focus will be seeking marketing initiatives and business development opportunities for Remington in Italy. Mr. Navarro’s entrepreneurial background coupled with many contacts in the Italian business arena, including sectors such as marketing, promotions and the specialty foods industry, position him well to expand our reach in the Italian territory.

Mr. Navarro is also available to assist U.S. based companies with their business needs in Italy including identifying local partners, promoting products/services, seeking investments or specific products or any other business activities in Italy.

Remington trip to Europe generates interest and new clients!

Our European tour was a great success and exceeded expectations! We were able to meet with 12 local Danish and Italian companies, a number of partners and existing clients and also offer one seminar in Copenhagen. Meetings were very much centered around specific questions and cases that companies will be facing when thinking about accessing the U.S. market. The Copenhagen seminar also dealt with specific questions and operational concerns dealing with logistics, market and of course costs. Based on our years of experience in this field, and after having worked with many clients, we can today give a very good outlook for a company regarding what it will be facing when thinking about the U.S. as their next market to expand to. We even have a document that we share with companies that are seriously interested in contemplating a U.S. operation, which highlights the process, timeline and costs involved in such a project.

We are now moving forward with a few of the companies we met during this trip to define their U.S. needs and ultimately give them a proposal on how we can support their expansion plans through our U.S. Access program.

Due to this success, we will be holding such trips on a regular basis moving forward. Our services are highly personalized and require an important degree of trust between us and our clients, and vice-versa, that can only be established in a face-to-face meeting, therefore, driving our commitment to continue with such trips in the future.

Remington Business Group has partnered with My French Office, a French business development and operations company, as its representative in the country.
